Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of rigless.ai (the “Service”), which provides durable Browser workspaces, optional cloud-hosted Linux environments, application publishing, and AI-assisted development tools. In these Terms, “Rigless,” “we,” and “us” mean the operator of the Service. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 and legally permitted to use the Service. If you are not old enough to enter into these Terms on your own, you may use the Service only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

3. Acceptable use

The sandboxed environments run real code. You agree not to use the Service to:

• send spam or unsolicited bulk messages, or operate a mail relay;
• mine cryptocurrency or run workloads whose primary purpose is to consume compute;
• attack, scan, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or network, including ours;
• host or distribute malware, illegal content, or content that infringes others’ rights;
• attempt to escape the sandbox, exceed allocated resources, or disrupt other users; or
• violate any applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section, without notice where the violation is causing active harm.

4. Your content and API keys

You retain ownership of the code and data you create or upload. Browser workspace files are saved privately by Rigless and cached in your browser; publishing creates a separate release and makes it available from our hosting systems using the access setting you choose. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the features you choose, including processing prompts, storing Browser projects, hosting cloud workspaces, and storing and serving published applications.

You are responsible for your content, your published applications, and the information those applications collect. You must have the rights and permissions needed to use and publish them. We may disable content or applications that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are unlawful, infringing, or harmful. To report content, contact us at the address below.

If you provide third-party API keys or integration credentials, we store supported credentials encrypted and use them only to provide the features you request. Your use of third-party services is also governed by their terms.

5. Plans and billing

The Free plan has no recurring subscription charge. Paid plans renew and are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor, Stripe, at the price and billing frequency shown at checkout. You can cancel at any time through the billing settings; cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund the current billing period except where required by law. Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes.

6. Service availability

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and may modify or discontinue features. A browser may clear its local cache, which Rigless can rebuild from the durable Browser project. Running cloud sandboxes are ephemeral. Saved cloud workspace snapshots are normally cleared after 30 days of inactivity, with advance warning. You are responsible for exporting or committing work you wish to keep.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings, which removes active account data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms. Deleting an account or ending a plan may stop associated workspaces and published applications.

8. Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
